Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Noblesville, a Pastorate of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana, is currently seeking candidates for the full-time position of Director of Evangelization.

Job Summary

The Director of Evangelization will assist the Pastor with the overall faith development of the parish community. Core responsibilities will include direct responsibility for Adult Formation and management of all other faith formation staff including Children's Ministry and Youth Ministry leaders.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of programs that foster the knowledge of our Catholic faith for all levels of adult and children. The candidate should be fully committed to the Catholic Church’s teaching; demonstrate a mature discipleship evidenced in ability to comfortably witness the faith; possess a comprehensive vision and understanding of evangelization and parish vitality, and be rooted in Catholic identity and the faith tradition. The position is available in July 2025.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in theology or comparable training in Catholic Faith
• Deep love of and working knowledge of Catholic faith, teachings, doctrine, and liturgy
• Ability to lead a session / series in an engaging manner
• Ability to lead and supervise staff by collaborating, empowering, goal-setting, and assessing performance
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Google Drive applications
• Be consistently available to minister on nights and weekends.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Master's degree in theology or related field
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
